We need rules for debt collectors on defaulted homes,they are screwing up bad Can Obama camp help ?

Real este agents work for months for nothing most of the time because of unskilled debt collectors on homes selling short screwing every thing up.We need new rules in place to get a handle on the banks excepting the offer and then not sending an approval to start escrow and then auctioning the house right out from under every one waisting all of their time and money.Is any one listening ?
